Common Questions
How do I check my application status?
Log in to your member dashboard and check the Application Status section. You'll see real-time updates as your application moves through review. If you don't have an account, submit a support ticket with your application reference number.
How do I log continuing education (CE) hours?
Sign in to your member dashboard and use the CE Tracker. Log any qualifying activity — courses, workshops, conferences, self-study, or mentorship. Activities are reviewed by the ICONIC Board team within 5–7 business days.
When does my credential expire?
ICONIC credentials are valid for 2 years from the issue date. You'll receive renewal reminder emails at 90 and 30 days before expiry. Renewal requires submitting updated CE hours and a renewal fee.
Can I use my ICONIC credential internationally?
Yes. ICONIC credentials are publicly verifiable at iconic-board.polsia.app/verify and include QR code and blockchain verification. Your credential is recognized by ICONIC Verified Partner organizations globally.
