Holistic health practitioners often work solo — no colleagues down the hall, no rounds, no clinical supervision. Peer circles change that. They create a structured space to think through complex cases, examine ethical tensions, and grow alongside practitioners who understand the work.
Each circle is a small cohort (4–8 practitioners) meeting monthly. Sessions follow a consistent structure: an ethical scenario to anchor discussion, open peer reflection, and a brief check-in round. Facilitated by experienced ICONIC Board practitioners.
ICONIC Board is the only professional credentialing body for holistic health practitioners that incorporates Human Design as a factor in peer circle matching.
Participation is fully opt-in. Practitioners who choose to share their HD data authorize ICONIC Board to use it as one factor in circle composition — alongside credential tier, modality, and location. HD data is treated as protected professional information and never shared with circle members without your consent.
We are not an HD education provider. We don't credential HD knowledge. What we recognize is that HD language and awareness is woven into the professional culture of many holistic health practices — and that thoughtful circle composition can leverage this awareness for richer group dynamics.
