What does "Year 1 Free" actually mean?
You get a full 12-month ICONIC credential, digital badge, directory listing, QR verification, and access to the practitioner community — $0. No credit card collected at signup. Year 2 renewal is $149/year, and you'll get reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry.
Is there a human review? How long does it take?
No human review for standard qualifying-board applications. Our AI validates your upload and scores your practice standards submission. The entire process takes under 5 minutes. Admins can override tier assignments after the fact if needed.
My board isn't on the list. Can I still apply?
Yes. Select "Other Qualifying Board" in the application. These applications go through the same automated process and are assigned CHHA by default, with an admin flag for review. Email us at credentials@iconic.health if you're unsure.
What's the difference between CHHP and CHHA?
Both are respected ICONIC designations. CHHP (Certified Holistic Health Practitioner) is typically assigned to practitioners with Board Certified status and 3+ years of practice. CHHA (Certified Holistic Health Associate) is for certified practitioners earlier in their career. Both include full directory and badge benefits.
Does this replace my existing board credential?
No. ICONIC is additive — you keep your existing credential and add ICONIC on top. Many practitioners hold credentials from multiple boards. ICONIC provides the directory, QR badge, and practice tools layer that other boards don't offer.
What happens if I don't renew after Year 1?
Your ICONIC credential and badge expire. Your directory listing is hidden. Client reviews remain on the platform but are not publicly visible. Your profile can be reinstated at any time by renewing.
